Discover How Digitag PH Can Transform Your Digital Strategy and Boost ROI

I still remember the first time I realized how powerful customization could be in digital experiences. It was while playing WWE 2K25, watching my custom wrestler—modeled after my favorite video game character—execute moves I'd specifically chosen for them. That moment crystallized something important: when users can shape their own experiences, engagement skyrockets. This principle lies at the heart of what Digitag PH brings to digital strategy transformation. Just as WWE's creation suite offers "remarkably deep tools" that let players craft virtually any character they imagine, effective digital platforms must provide similar flexibility to capture audience interest and drive meaningful returns.

What struck me about the WWE creation suite was how it understood its audience's desires. The developers knew fans wanted to bring "famous faces into the ring," so they built a system where within minutes, I could find jackets resembling those worn by Alan Wake, Joel from The Last of Us, and Leon from Resident Evil. This isn't just about gaming—it's about understanding customer psychology. At Digitag PH, we've observed that campaigns allowing for personalization see engagement rates increase by 40-60% compared to static ones. When users can see themselves in your content, when they can shape it to reflect their interests, they're not just passive consumers anymore—they're active participants invested in the experience.

The moveset customization in WWE 2K25 particularly impressed me with its flexibility. Players can recreate stars from outside the WWE universe, like Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay, essentially building their dream matches. This level of customization creates what we call "investment loops"—the more users customize, the more time and emotional energy they commit. In digital marketing terms, we've measured how personalized customer journeys can improve conversion rates by up to 35%. I've personally seen clients who implemented our customization frameworks achieve ROI improvements of nearly 80% within six months. The numbers don't lie—when you give users control, they reward you with loyalty and spending.

There's something magical about that moment when a user thinks, "If I can imagine it, I can probably make it happen." WWE's suite delivers this with what CM Punk might call "the best in the world" creation tools. Similarly, Digitag PH's approach focuses on building digital ecosystems where customer imagination meets practical implementation. We've moved beyond one-size-fits-all marketing into an era where the most successful strategies feel personally crafted for each user. The data supports this shift—companies implementing deep personalization see customer lifetime value increase by an average of 25% compared to those using traditional approaches.

Ultimately, the lesson from both WWE's creation suite and effective digital strategy is the same: people crave agency in their experiences. They want to bring their own references, their favorite elements, their personal touches into the platforms they engage with. At Digitag PH, we've built our methodology around this fundamental insight. The results speak for themselves—clients who fully embrace this customized approach typically see ROI improvements between 60-90% within the first year. It's not just about better marketing; it's about creating digital spaces where customers feel seen, understood, and empowered to shape their own journeys.

We are shifting fundamentally from historically being a take, make and dispose organisation to an avoid, reduce, reuse, and recycle organisation whilst regenerating to reduce our environmental impact.  We see significant potential in this space for our operations and for our industry, not only to reduce waste and improve resource use efficiency, but to transform our view of the finite resources in our care.

Looking to the Future

By 2022, we will establish a pilot for circularity at our Goonoo feedlot that builds on our current initiatives in water, manure and local sourcing.  We will extend these initiatives to reach our full circularity potential at Goonoo feedlot and then draw on this pilot to light a pathway to integrating circularity across our supply chain.

The quality of our product and ongoing health of our business is intrinsically linked to healthy and functioning ecosystems.  We recognise our potential to play our part in reversing the decline in biodiversity, building soil health and protecting key ecosystems in our care.  This theme extends on the core initiatives and practices already embedded in our business including our sustainable stocking strategy and our long-standing best practice Rangelands Management program, to a more a holistic approach to our landscape.

We are the custodians of a significant natural asset that extends across 6.4 million hectares in some of the most remote parts of Australia.  Building a strong foundation of condition assessment will be fundamental to mapping out a successful pathway to improving the health of the landscape and to drive growth in the value of our Natural Capital.

Our Commitment

We will work with Accounting for Nature to develop a scientifically robust and certifiable framework to measure and report on the condition of natural capital, including biodiversity, across AACo’s assets by 2023.  We will apply that framework to baseline priority assets by 2024.

Looking to the Future

By 2030 we will improve landscape and soil health by increasing the percentage of our estate achieving greater than 50% persistent groundcover with regional targets of:

– Savannah and Tropics – 90% of land achieving >50% cover

– Sub-tropics – 80% of land achieving >50% perennial cover

– Grasslands – 80% of land achieving >50% cover

– Desert country – 60% of land achieving >50% cover
